Shipping
US Shipping
This item ships via: UPS from our warehouse is St. Augustine, Florida
Shipping is $39 in the contiguous 48 States. UPS cannot ship to PO Box or AFO/FPO addresses. Shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska is only available via UPS 2nd Day Air, please see the ‘Shipping and payments’ tab above for rates.
Bikes are shipped in factory direct containers and are 95% assembled. The following parts are removed for shipping and need to be re-attached: handlebar, front wheel, seat, pedals. You will also need to check and adjust all cables and components prior to riding. If you have any questions please contact Customer Service Dept (855) 762-3245
We ship each day at 11AM M-F. All orders placed by 10AM will ship Same Day, orders placed after 10AM will ship next day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, orders placed on weekends will be shipped on Monday.
International Shipping
We offer very competitive international rates, please see the ‘Shipping and payments’ tab above for rates. Please Note: bike boxes are LARGE. Carriers charge by a DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of 73 lbs. International buyers are responsible for all import duties/taxes.

Warranty / Returns
All Bikes carry a Manufacturer Frame & Fork Warranty. All shimano components carry OEM warranties.
Shipping Damage
If there is damage to the bike box please do not refuse the package. The bikes are packed well and are normally fine even if the box looks a bit "rough". If there is an issue with the bike give us a call (855) 762-3245 or send us an email (service@RoadBikeOutlet.com) – we’re here to help and we’ll take care of it for you.
Return Policy
You may return the bike for any reason for 33 days. A 15% restocking fee is assessed for all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, outbound shipping is not refundable.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
We make this as affordable as possible. We would like to let you know there are high costs that are associated shipping bicycles:
– Bicycles incur oversize shipping charges, UPS published retail rates are $65-$95. Our rate is only $39.
– UPS Fuel Surcharges. These fluctuate, our shipping fee is fixed.
– UPS Residential Surcharge
