SHIPPING: We had an unfortunate incident involving a third party shipper recently, so every package is readied and shipped by ME. We often used 3rd party shippers for larger items and freight and will not be doing that anymore (apologies to the guy that didn’t get his frame- but did get an immediate full refund. In return, he dropped a nasty feedback accusing us of keeping the item). Believe me, my motive is GETTING RID OF THINGS no matter what! SPecial requests are OK as far as expedited shipping, preferred carriers, etc at customers expense if necessary.
